The essential ingredients? Handmade and with love: tender Aveyron pig marinated and not too minced, seared and deglazed lardons with crushed chestnuts, a nice sprig of rosemary from the garden…

Pork throat (60%), pork liver, smoked bacon (10%), chestnuts (9.6%), eggs, salt, pepper, calvados (sulphites), duck fat, rosemary sprig.
